Use the online service on Lomarengas's Internet website. Enter ARRIVAL DATE and DEPARTURE DATE and click SHOW to see if it's vacant. You can also ask availibility by contacting us directly, see contact page.
Use the online service on Lomarengas's Internet website. Click on BOOK and give your name, address and contact details. You should pay at least deposit (20% of the rent) and the booking fee 20€ in conjunction with the booking by credit card. An invoice for the remaining amount will be e-mailed to the client by no later than the first weekday following the booking date.
If you book it in our online resrevation system and pay the total amount at the same time, we will send you the confirmation, driving instructions and information how to get the key by e-mail immediately after the payment. If you pay only deposit, we will send you an invoice for the remaining amount by e-mail by no later than the first weekday following the booking date. With the invoice you will also get driving instructions and information how to get the key. You must notify us about your time of arrival in advance and at least 2-3 days before arrival. Best way to contact us is by phone.
We will indicate our bank account number in Finland to which payment should be made. The invoice must be settled as a SEPA payment (with IBAN account number and BIC bank code). You can also pay by credit card. We accept VISA, EUROCARD and MASTERCARD. If you wish to pay by credit card, please inform us (by phone or letter) of the 16-digit card number and the 3-digit CVC/CVV number on the signature side of your card and the 'valid until' date. When paying in our office, we accept also Visa Electron and Maestro cards. When making the reservation in internet, at least deposit should be paid by VISA, EUROCARD or MASTERCARD immediately.
You must notify us about your time of arrival in advance and at least 2-3 days before arrival.
You will get most of your money back. In the case of illness, you will only lose the deposit (20% of the rental) and the booking fee 20€. You must send us a doctor's certificate and your bank account number. If the cancellation is made later than 48 hours from the start of or during the holiday, payments will not be refunded.
The money you paid will be returned apart from the deposit and booking fee, if you cancel the reservation latest 28 days before the start of the holiday. If the cancellation is made later than 28 days before the holiday, payments will not be refunded.
If you cancel your reservation during your holiday, payments will not be refunded.
The villa have all the crockery and utensils for preparing and eating food. Electricity and fuel wood are also covered by the rental. Take your own bed linen and towels.
You can either book bed linen when making your villa booking, or hire this direct from the owner when you arrive. In both cases the price is the same, 15,14€ per person. The price for linen is given in the villa description.
No, you can't. Maximum number of persons is informed in the villa description and the number of persons coming should be agreed when making the reservation. Maximum number of persons per villa or what is agreed when making the reservation, must not be exceeded. Please, notice that also small children and babies should be counted into the total number of persons even if they don't need own bed.

Pets are not allowed.
No you can't. There is multiple reasons why pets are not allowed; allergies, other dogs in the neighborhood, neighbours etc. Prohibition is unconditional.
There is no barbeque in the villa, but there is a fireplace.
Yes you can. There is a 50" TV, Blue-Ray player and home theater system.
Yes it is. You can safely drink tap water.
No, sauna stove is electrically heated and includes a timer.
If agreed forehand with the owner it is possible.
At 16 o'clock (4 p.m.) at the earliest.
You can enjoy your holiday to the full right up to the last day without having to clean the villa at the end of your stay! Final cleaning will be added automatically to your reservation and it's not included in the price. Cleaning costs 250€.

Please note, you just need to wash the dishes, take the garbage out to the garbage bins and take empty bottles and beverage cans with you or collect them together for example in a plastic bag. If you have moved furniture, please put them in their original places. If you have rented bed linen, please leave them stacked on the top of the bed. Take the foodstuff you have brought, with you or put them in the garbage bin.
Until midday (12 o'clock). At the latest then you must return the keys. Leaving time is mentioned in the bill.
Don't let problems ruin your holiday that can be fixed by the owner or the service people.
